Absolutely. You are welcome to enjoy our magnesium pool and common areas while you wait for your flight or transfer. We simply ask that you move your vehicle from the onsite parking by 12:00 PM to make room for arriving guests.

The closest airport is Ballina Byron Gateway (BNK), just a 30-minute drive from our boutique hotel. Gold Coast Airport (OOL) is approximately 50–60 minutes away. If you need a Byron Bay airport transfer or shuttle recommendation, our team is happy to assist.

We are one of the most centrally located hotels in Byron Bay, just a short 3-minute walk to the main street (Jonson St) and a 10-minute stroll to the pristine Main Beach. You won't need a car to enjoy the best local cafes, boutiques, and surf spots.

Our rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults only. To maintain a tranquil environment, we do not provide extra beds or cots in any of our rooms.

Hide Byron Bay is designed as a peaceful retreat for adults and older teens. We can accommodate guests 16 years and older, provided they are accompanied in the room by an adult. Our minimum check-in age for a room is 18 years.

Our rooms feature true King size beds and cannot be split into a twin-share configuration.

There is no need to pack your own; we provide plenty of beach and pool towels for all our guests to use during their stay.

We offer flexible booking options for your Byron Bay holiday. Generally, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid fees. We may occasional offer a discounted non-refundable rate which does not offer any free cancellation option.

To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, group bookings of 3 or more rooms require prior management approval and are subject to specific cancellation policies (including a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking).

We love fur babies, but Hide Byron Bay is a dedicated pet-free sanctuary.  To maintain a tranquil environment for all our guests, we are unable to accommodate animals on the grounds.

To maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all guests, Hide is a 100% smoke-free hotel. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the grounds or in the rooms.

Hide Byron Bay has a strict no-party policy and does not accept schoolies reservations. We do not have the resources to provide the specific security required for school graduate celebrations.
